You mix flour, salt, water, and yeast together for a couple of minutes and then let it rise overnight. Then you knead it a couple of times, let it rise for a few more hours, and throw it in the oven in a heated pot (with a lid.)

Okay I am so making this. But did you do your oven at 450 or 500? I don't understand recipes that say 450-500. Which do I use?
ReplyDeleteI did 475, but I took it out about 5-10 minutes early during the last round in the oven -- just keep an eye on it to make sure it's not burning.
